Workouts

The app includes workouts for all levels: Beginner; Intermediate: Advanced. 

 

Workouts include Balance (Pilates); Burn (Cardio) and Build (Strength training). 

 

Workouts can be chosen from 3 differing times: 17 minutes; 29 minutes and 42 minutes.  

 

Workouts can be impromptu or for accountability you may wish to schedule your workouts for the coming week.  

 

When using the App, you will be prompted to add in your fitness goals and personal metrics. Based on this information, the app will program your workouts and your meal plans. 

 

Workout equipment at this point includes Body Weight option or Dumbbells if you have them available. Dumbbells are used in the Build and Burn workouts only.  

 

Juice Plus Wellness Warriors Leaderboard will tally the collective weekly participants based on the minutes completed each week. From time to time, we will run team and personal challenges.  

 

Join an Ambassador Workout or create your own online workout community when you share your scheduled workouts with up to 12 of you online together!
