Yes, the good bacteria in your intestines are coming back to life…. hence the gas. It’s temporary. But it’s a really GOOD thing. All the rotting food in the nooks and crannies of your intestines are being eaten up finally by friendly bacteria, instead of festering and making a home to unfriendly cells.
Please stick it out.
If it’s too much, you can switch to taking vegies in the morning and fruits at night or vice versa – depending on how originally started taking it.... that might have you just sleep through the gas. If that doesn’t work you can reduce it to one and one per day for a week.
Or just bear it, knowing it’s all for a healthy future “
