Does Complete have artificial sweeteners?

No.

Complete does have small amounts of unrefined organic sugar cane and stevia to provide some sweetness for the product to be flavoursome and enjoyable. Both the sugar cane and stevia are derived from plant sources and are not artificial sweeteners in any way.
